Great exercise bike Summer is coming. I bought this exercise bike for my diet, I lost 2lb in one week, after I start to exercise. as my experience, firstly, this exercise bike is easy to set up. my husband did it by himself, he spend about 2-4 hours to set up. secondly, there are phone/tablet holder. They allow me to enjoy exercising and music at the same time, making my exercise no more boring. Overall, i could ride with it quietly, Because it was the belt drive system. This is a wonderful exercise bike to purchase! Today we built this indoor cycling bike it was easy and simple to build. It is not time consuming and took about 10 minutes to build. While riding this bike u can see your scan, speed, time, distance, calories, odometer, and pulse. You ride it like a normal bike, the seat cushion is very comfortable. There is also a water bottle holder to stay hydrated and is easy to balance on. There is also a comfortable pedal for your feet. I will ride this everyday and is actually very fun to ride on.
THIS WAS AN AMAZING PRODUCT I loved this bike because it was so easy to install, my 11 year old daughter build it with some adult supervision it also worked perfectly with our room and it doesnât make much noise either you can also connect the bike with a app so that you can race and you could also watch a movie while exercising I LOVED THIS PRODUCT
